We are currently looking for a

Head of Project Managers

Job purpose:
To manage and develop the Project Management unit, ensuring that project management resources are available and prepared to be assigned to IT projects.

Key responsibilities:
+ Manage resources allocation for managed projects together with the PMO including the allocation of external consultants (review proposals, interview candidates and assign to projects ensuring agreements compliancy and administrative setup)
+ Provide support and guidance to project managers on tools and template usage
+ Develop project management competency
+ Drive and ensure standardisation and harmonisation of project management processes, according to SKF standards & practice and ensure they are fit for purpose, adapted to GPM2 (SKFs project management method based on Prince2) governance and reporting and continue to be best practice
+ Implement guidelines, procedures and templates to maintain consistent data
+ Handle contact and escalations with suppliers

Your profile:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
+ How many years Proven successful people management experience
+ GPM2 or Prince2 certified is a prerequisite and senior experience of project and portfolio management preferably within IT projects
+ Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and to promote collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries and engage team members
+ Good communication skills, being able to influence and interact at different levels in the organization
+ High level of drive and commitment, thorough and with skills to deliver action, progress and change
+ Excellent in organizational and structural execution and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
+ High level of critical thinking and operational planning skills
+ Verbally skilled and effective in negotiations and interviews
+ Fluent in English is a prerequisite as well as experience from working in a multinational environment
+ Good knowledge of SKF?s business and existing IT environment is a merit
