Head of Project Office

We are looking for a Manager and Head of Project Office with a passion for leadership and experience from project management, who wants to continue developing and expanding the project management team to the next level.

Your Role
We are looking for a Manager for our Project Office. To lead and develop our Project Management Team will be a core factor in our expanding Product Unit Communications. Trust and openness are key values in our expansive phase bringing in new talents to work on several exciting ongoing projects and prospects. The Project Management team is involved in both Winning Business and Execute Business activities.

Your job will contain, but is not limited to
- Responsible for the Execute Business Process
- Responsible for Project Management
- Responsible for Main planning and Project Planning
- Responsible for Configuration Management
- Plan and set up a structure way of working
- Budget responsibility for the Project Office
- Be an active member of the PU Communications Management team

You are a committed, structured and communicative leader with a great interest in developing the members in your team. Required skills:
- At least 5 years' experience of leadership/management and/or other equivalent experience.
- Driver's license B.
- Business trips may occur.
- You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, in writing as well as verbally.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
