Job Description
Within BA Customers & Solutions the customer comes first. Our employees strive to deliver the best customer experience and provide relevant offers and services to the customers. With over eight million customers, BA Customers & Solutions is responsible for the sales of solutions and energy contracts to private and business customers in Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, France and UK.
At Vattenfall, electrification of the transport sector is one of the most important strategic topics towards the goal of fossil free living within one generation. Charging infrastructure is key in the transition. To meet market demands, a new business unit has been created at Vattenfall, with total responsibility for propositions, sales and operations of charging solutions in the Nordics. The unit is now looking for a Head of the Proposition Team to further develop and grow the business. The role includes developing and managing our propositions for EV charging towards B2B and B2C customers, as well as EV Drivers.
As Head of Proposition management
You will be Head of the existing Propositions team, and drive the development of our proposition portfolio, to further grow and develop the business and customer value. The proposition team develops and manages our offers to the market, and different customer segments. This includes the development, implementation and follow-up of the propositions, both from a commercial, operational and customer perspective.
The work includes
Understanding current and future market needs and steer and guide the strategic development of our business.
Together with the team continuously improve our offers, customer experience and customer journeys.
Be involved in setting up business targets, growth plans and following up on business results.
Meet with potential customers and partners in complex deals together with the Sales team.
Work closely with the rest of the organization (Customer Services, Sales and Operations) to secure scale up of the business.
Being the manager of a skilled and engages team of 5-7 colleagues who will be reporting to you. You will also be part of the E-Mobility Nordic management team.
Interact, align and cooperate with proposition teams in Germany and the Netherlands as well as the international product development team of the E-Mobility business unit.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Head of Proposition management who:
Has a degree in engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) or equivalent level of education
Preferably has more than 7 years of experience in business development (beneficial if related to digital services)
Preferably leadership experience
Has a commercial mindset, but always with customer value in focus
Structure, system and process thinking comes naturally
Has a creative mindset and an easy time grasping complex issues
Goal oriented and business minded
Ability to drive change in a fast developing organization with multiple stakeholders
Enjoys to work with external parties and customers
A true team player
You are fluent in Swedish and your command in English is strong, both verbally and written.

You have a very good business sense and a proven ability to proactively drive the development of business value.
You have strong communicative and stakeholder management skills
You have natural capabilities to inspire, engage and develop effective teams
You are highly motivated to create the best value for our customers, and possess the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
