To support Mölnlycke’s next level of growth, and further develop the way we work in the Finance, IT and People/HR functions, Mölnlycke is establishing a new Global Business Services centre (GBS).
The GBS will be located at Mölnlycke’s headquarters in Gothenburg, complemented by two regional hubs: one in Americas and one in APAC. Once fully populated, the GBS, including the two hubs, will comprise some 100 people.
The launch of the GBS is planned for 1 March 2021 and we are actively recruiting for vacant positions!
At present we are looking for Head of Purchase To Pay (PTP) who will be responsible for implementation and establishment of the Purchase to Pay organization within GBS.
To be successful in this position you have a high degree of customer focus and a business-oriented mindset. You can make fast but high quality decisions based on a mix of analysis, experience and judgment. You need to have strong planning skills as this role involves contact with many functions both inside and outside company. You are also a convincing presenter with strong communication skills and doesn’t fear acting on challenges.
Your key accountabilities
Lead the implementation and establishment of the PTP organization
Lead the transformation of process in scope for the PTP organization
Accountable to realize continuous improvements in process execution and process quality based on Mölnlycke’s business needs and business ambition in collaboration with the rest of the GBS organization
Be a key driver for process digitalization and introduction of data driven processes in GBS at large and for PTP in particular
Accountable for achieving set business goals and service levels with GBS customers in the area of PTP
Accountable for Development of talent pool within GBS together with the rest of the GBS management team

Your Qualifications
University degree – Bachelor/Master in accounting, finance or business administration
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience operating at a senior level in an international corporate environment with a broad knowledge of Financial Processes
Experience from leading positions in Shared Service Center or Business Services settings, preferably in the area of Purchase to Pay (PTP) will be a great benefit
Leadership experience in changing environments
Excellent Process Development and Process Management Skills
Excellent negotiating skills
High level of IT literacy including excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
Experience and understanding of SAP ERP
General understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions
Fluent in English, spoken and written
