Role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of Operations Management Team and relevant Steering Groups and be responsible for leading a team of 6 senior colleagues, all specialists in their specific area.
As our Head of Quality and Compliance, you will take ownership of develop and strengthen Tobii´s Management System globally. You will set the department strategy, objectives, key results, and budget.
Your days will be filled with:
Monitoring new regulations, laws, customer requirements and updates that might affect Tobii within the area of quality, sustainability, and compliance
Responsibility for the Management system strategies, objectives, alignment with company objectives
Escalating Quality or Compliance concerns or deviations to CEO. Responsible for reporting status and risks to CEO
Responsibility of change control of Policies and Annual reviews
Ensuring audits and assessments are performed and corrective & preventive actions closed
Ensure Sustainability steering is maintained and improved
Driving enterprise and operational (process) risk management process
Ensuring stakeholder analysis is done annually for Sustainability incl Quality and Environment
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:
Master's degree in business or Engineering or similar
+10 years leadership experience
5 years of experience in working with quality management in regulated industry (ex. medical, automotive)
Knowledge about product development methods and project management
Experience in integrated management systems (ISO9001, 14001, 27001), Sustainability reporting and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)
Excellent presentation and communication skills all level in an organization
Fluent in English
Experience from software development processes, especially within automotive, is a bonus
As a person you are a people person and a structured individual who can lead in a clear and convincing way. Besides this you have a hands-on mentality and a problem-solving focus. A networker that easily builds trust and confidence with different stakeholders, holistic system thinking, ability to work independently, a positive attitude, persistence and pragmatic are other important sides of your personality.
