What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a passionate Head of Quality & Plant Academy who will lead our Quality Team in supporting Volvo Car Body Components within Global Manufacturing. You will be taking the lead when moving from being great to excellent in providing quality.  With your passion for people and ability to bring out the best of others, you will lead and improve our Plant Academy to develop our talents for the future. 
You will be a part of VCBC Management Team based in Olofström, as well as Global Manufacturing Quality Team. 

The purpose of the role and main responsibilities.
As Head of Quality & Plant Academy you hold an operational and supporting role within our plant to secure and monitor efficient implementation of our Quality Operating System securing that our products are delivered according to quality standards. Another purpose of this role is to lead and govern our plant to secure our Management System. In addition, you hold responsibility for Plant Academy, which coordinates and delivers fundamental training and support in peoples’ development needs.

The position is based in Olofström and travel is required in the position. 

Who are you?
You are an experienced leader with an extraordinary ability to motivate, teach, encourage and challenge those around you. You have extensive knowledge in Quality Operating Systems, Management Systems and other quality assurance structures and processes within a production environment. You are used to working with high demand engagements. You master quality assurance principles as well as structured problem solving. You are fluent in the English language both verbally and in writing.

You enjoy being a collaborator and networker helping to solve impediments for the team. You lead by example and have your heart set on improving constantly and forever.
