Webhelp is looking for Head of Quality!
In this role you will have the responsibility to secure and drive quality in mindset and everyday production in different accounts. You will design and develop processes that supports the accounts’ ability to deliver world class customer service.
You will coach, lead and manage a team of Quality Managers on multiple production sites and accounts! You will be reporting to Regional Head of Quality.
In this role you will be accountable for leading and managing the Quality Team and:
Designing, developing, and implementing quality processes
Ensuring and monitoring that teams work to the highest standards of quality
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to support performance, sustainable profitability, client satisfaction and growth
Actively engage with Webhelp across sites and departments to learn about other ways of working within the designated area of expertise
Performing regular RAQ and annual reviews of your team
Securing high culture and work standards together with a healthy work environment, both physical and social
Reporting and communication of Webhelp’s and the accounts’ targets, results, values, guidelines, and policies
Ensuring and developing a close and constructive relationship with the client
Managing the business model that gives the account revenue, cost control and profitability

To be successful is this role, we expect you to have:
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
Fluent English language, both written and spoken
A strong track record of service delivery along with interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
Data-driven and analytical / strategic mindset, but same time have dynamic personality
Ability to travel between our different sites when needed
What will be considered as an advantage?
Longer managerial experience than 3 years
Fluent Swedish language, both written and spoken
Experience in developing and managing processes aligned with the COPC, ISO, or similar quality frameworks
Experience in managing high performing teams of specialists
Have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent
