- Lead and inspire a team of quantitative analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and encouraging a collaborative and results-oriented culture

- Collaborate closely with the front office traders to understand their requirements and provide quantitative support for their decision-making processes

- Work closely with technology and data teams to ensure the availability and accuracy of relevant data

- Strong collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization

What is needed in this role:

- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field

- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams

- Effective communication and presentation skills in Swedish as well as English, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way

- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management concepts

- A proactive and innovative mindset, continuously seeking improvements and leveraging new technologies and methodologies
