Our Exciting Opportunity
Head of Radio SCM Partners Management is new position aimed to enhance collaboration with partners and focus on operational excellence. There are two main interfaces which manager of this organizational sub-unit would facilitate. On the one hand, incumbent should well understand customers’ needs and working closely with continental supply teams to identify and bridge the gaps in demand and production plans execution. Facilitation of global customer concerns process and communication is essential part of this collaboration. On the other hand, Partners Management function should proactively drive governance of quality and performance for designated Electronic Manufacturing Suppliers according to the best industry standards and in line with agreed cost models.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Understand customer needs and act with a holistic view to bring order to cash.
Optimize the end-to-end process from suppliers to customers and drive continuous improvements
Identify and resolve supply issues and provide regular updates to senior management.
Lead and develop team to secure future competence need, encouraging employee skill development and professional growth.
Lead changes needed to meet wanted position.
Facilitating the S&OE process, operate collaborative planning, create & communicate supply chain plans
Suppliers Performance & Improvement Management
Position Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering / Business or equal work experience.
Min years of experience: 10
Demonstrated ability: Supply Chain Management
Comprehensive experience from supply, logistics and/or production in managing & developing both customer and supplier relationships
