About this opportunity!
We are now looking for a Head of Radio Solutions will be responsible to drive entire Radio portfolio within Sub Saharan Africa and Middle East hence sound understanding of Radio Hardware, Software, and site solution, coupled with commercial/business acumen, is an absolute must.
What you will do
It is expected that the Head of Radio Solutions should be able to have thought leadership sessions with customers, he/she should work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as jumping into opportunities for hands-on support/red reaming. You should have ability to evolve Client's Mobile network for forthcoming challenges.
Head of Radio Solutions must Drive domain sales by supporting the KAM organization with business development and domain specific sales activities. You should have the ability to work in a virtual environment.

Qualifications and Experience
University degree in Business or Engineering, master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 10 years of total experience out of which minimum 5 years must be in Sales.
Change Management and Transformation skills
Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility
Strong leadership skills, managed team of 10-15 members in past.
Sound Techno Commercial skills
Strong relationship with Business Area
Ability to engage with customers top management.
Ability to develop long term evolution plan for operators.
