Arbetsbeskrivning
Head of RAN Product Support will report to Head of Product Line 5G RAN and be a member of PL 5G RAN Leadership Team. PL 5G RAN is responsible for the company’s 5G RAN product and business, including the full P&L and the LCM of the product.
5G is being deployed across the world. The introduction of 5G is in many ways more complex for our customers than previous generations due to the wider array of both deployment options and frequency bands. This complexity drives a market need for fact-based knowledge and for Ericsson to advice in the network evolution towards true 5G networks and then to re-use best practices across operators.
The Head of RAN Product Support leads a team with the objective of defining and advising on network evolution plans for key customers. The team also provides world class product and sales support to our 5 MAs though close collaboration with Domain functions and Key Accounts. This includes development and articulation of the value Ericsson brings for key solutions (value argumentation), in close collaboration with Strategic Product Manager (SPM), Commercial management and Marketing functions. The RAN Product Support team should be the gearbox through which we can scale out product information and value argumentation to the MAs.
As a leader in PL 5G RAN we expect you to have a holistic mindset, strategic thinking, ability to cooperate across the organization, generate energy and be actively involved in your team’s daily challenges. We see that you have strong leadership skills, combined with visionary thinking, an experience and interest in driving change and that you thrive in leading others to success.
