Give yourself an outstanding opportunity to develop and form career in a dynamic and international environment. We are now looking for an Head of R&D Department to join us at G+D Mobile Security for a permanent position based in Stockholm.
At G+D Sweden we have been growing the size of the R&D department during 2021 and aim to continue that growth during 2022 to expand further in the eSIM field and other future areas.
In your role at G+D you will
Lead and develop the R&D personnel within the department.
Ensure efficient use of the R&D resources and secure availability of the right resources.
Implement the product roadmap received from product management while meeting time and budget restrictions.
Drive innovation. Provide input of new technologies to product management and advise in technical questions such as technology roadmap, technology strategy, processes.
Develop and improve usage of processes, methods, and tools within the department. Introduce best practices and drive continuous improvements and yet maintain a creative atmosphere.

Who are you?
Experienced in leadership and management of innovative and high technology organizations
Experience in management, documentation and presentation of complex technical content
Experience in solving complex problems
Analytical ability, strong focus on results, ability to take decisions, strong in communication
