In Development Unit Networks (DNEW) we formulated an exciting vision in 2019 to start a transformation journey to fundamentally change the way we work within R&D - a vision we call "One R&D - DNEW 2022."
We are now looking for a results-oriented and experienced change leader who combines critical thinking and vision with outstanding execution capabilities.
In the role of Head of R&D Transformation you will lead the change as a member of our highly engaged DNEW Leadership Team and be part of driving the journey towards our vision of market leadership for Networks!
You will:
Anchor the "DNEW 2022" and "Switch to World Class Development" wanted positions(s) in all DNEW Unit strategies and ensure transformation activities are consolidated into the overall strategy as applicable.
Maintain an overall transformation anatomy engaging all units in DNEW in a consistent approach to their transformations.
Establish an improvement oriented approach bridging the gap towards the Networks Wanted Position – securing both gains that can empower people internally and are measurable externally, while holding the stream owners accountable to the result.
Scope the next phase of the R&D transformation to secure “one BNEW R&D” – collaborating with BNEW Finance, People, PAN, SAN, Sourcing, Supply etc to optimize total Networks efficiency as well as cross-BA.
Together with DNEW LT secure that internal & product improvements are prioritized at least at the same level as commercial commitments and that they are adequately forecasted in our capability plans.
Support BNEW & DNEW in an open and transparent approach to re-investment of these efficiencies either in the portfolio or taken to the P&L.
Lead benchmarking of our performance in DNEW R&D versus the industry.
Update all DNEW assets to reflect DNEW 2022 and Switch while continuously communicating progress through all available channels
To be successful in this role You;
Have solid experience of transformation and a well-documented understanding of R&D.
Have an excellent track record of defining and articulating strategies and ability to engage senior leaders on all levels, including tabling of strategic decisions.
Practice courageous leadership, making timely, fact-based decisions to set the clear direction of behavior through uncompromising integrity.
Embrace innovation, creativity and change with a collaborative approach.
Thrive through your outstanding communication skills. You practice transparency, listening and inspire people with empathy and humanness with significant cultural awareness.
Are accurate and to the point, ability to stand steady and work through issues towards key stakeholders
Are passionate about market development and sharing customer highlights and success stories. Have business acuity and understanding of commercial and sales processes in Ericsson and in the industry.
