We are looking for a business oriented, communicative and collaborative leader. A manager that is people oriented and goal focused with the ability to enthusiasm and motivate the team and who likes to work with customer relations.
Your role
Our present Head of this area is moving on to other challenges and we are now seeking a person who can continue to develop the team and the business. The responsibility for this area is to support all Saab 340 and Saab 2000 operators in the world. You will be responsible for the customer contracts and the business within this area. The main tasks are:

Coach and develop the team (where you also have staff responsibilities) of about 15 employees in Linköping
*
Direct and cooperate with our team of about 15 employees in USA
*
Support the operators and customers with spares, repairs and modifications
*
Develop and meet the strategic business plan
*
Develop and maintain good collaborations with other areas within the department
*
Work with the team to increase the effectiveness of the business

You will be an important part of the Management Team for the department Special Mission & Regional Aircraft that is a part of the business unit Aviation Services within the business area Aeronautics.
The department consists of about 240 employees mainly placed in Tannefors, Linköping. However, we also have people in USA and other countries where customers operates our aircrafts. We are an integrated part of the programs for Special Mission Aircrafts and we have the direct contract responsibility for our civil aircraft operators and owners.
