About your job
In this position, you establish sourcing budgets, plans, policies, systems and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. By identifying, evaluating and capitalizing opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, improve our supplier base and you improve our buying patterns and supply channels. You also work with sustainability to ensure that our sourcing practices meet environmental and ethical standards. You evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important supplier and vendor relationships to secure terms that serve our best interest. To ensure that sourcing activities meet established targets and standards, you lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professionals.
The location for this position is Svedala and we offer a hybrid work solution.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in strategic procurement on a global or European scale, along with a background as a leader or manager. Experience with SAP is needed, as is proficiency in sustainability reporting standards e.g. SBTI, CBAM, and CSRD. Your expertise is supported by relevant educational qualifications. Working in an international context requires proficiency in English, while fluency in Swedish is highly advantageous.
As a confident leader, you effectively manage internal stakeholders and demonstrate maturity and independence. You’re a strategic thinker who has a high level of integrity, ensuring ethical practices in all sourcing activities.
