In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Play an important role in the agile transformation journey contributing to increased value, flow and efficiency
- Support and mentor our RTE’s to grow and develop in their roles, build trust and create a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with many different stakeholders
- Work independently but also in teams as a strong team player
- Be responsible for RTEs including performance development, salary reviews, competence development, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Assign RTEs to VDEs in collaboration with other VDE leading roles for alignment and to optimize our utilization of RTE capacity
- Foster a culture of continuous improvements, learning and transparency
- Support in driving and communicating the Agile transformation change agenda within GPA
- Support in creating network opportunities for RTEs not only within GPA but with other units in Swedbank as well as externally
- Coach and guide stakeholders in the agile mindset, principles and working methods based on the SAFe framework
- Drive, support and align ways of working cross GPA portfolios and towards enterprise, including documentation of best practices
- Own and refine RTE common backlog
What is needed in this role:
- Experience as a leader with people responsibility and a strong coaching and supporting mindset
- Strong transformational leadership skills and the ability to lead others by motivation and inspiration
- Own driving force and a proactive and a strategic mindset
- Ability to handle unclear and unpredictable situations and to be able to drive change without having all the necessary details
- Be solution-oriented to ensure a successful agile journey that creates maximum value for the business and our customers.
- Experience of SAFe framework and agile transformations in a business with complexity in architecture and regulatory adaptations
- Previous experience of the RTE role or similar
- Relevant university degree or equivalent
- Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Skills to inspire and motivate people
- Good communication skills, are self-driven and used to take own initiatives
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented view
- Strength in building cooperation and networks and have the ability to build confidence
- A good understanding of business interaction with IT
- Work permit in Sweden

GPA CIO is supporting and governing five product portfolios consisting of over 100 agile teams. In this role you will belong to our function CIO Ways of Working that consist of the roles Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Agile Coaches and Transformation Leads.
