Job Summary
The Repair Operations (RO) function provides global HW Repair, Screening & Upgrade related services with optimized cost primarily for Ericsson’s Service Units to support the fulfilment of Ericsson contractual obligations. The Ericsson Repair Center/Screening Centres under BNEW SAN SAR RO (Kuala Lumpur, Guangzhou, Dallas, and Rijen), Repair Delivery Management (Who oversee all Repair Service Providers’ Operational performance), RO Operations Support & Analysis Management team as well as RO Process Project & Technical Support team will work with the Head of Repair Operations.
You Will:
Line management responsibility for all employees at all sites & global functions under SAR RO performing activities under the scope of the Repair Operations Function.
Responsible to conduct Resource & Talent Management within Repair Operations Function
Responsible to create a productive work environment both for individuals & Repair Operations Organization
Manage the unit’s finance & budget ensuring cost control in line with Organization targets and company directives.
Dimension the organizational capacity and competence in accordance with the needs.
Responsible in ensuring service delivery execution & secure BCM and sustainability within Repair Operations Function.
Responsible for Ericsson Repair & Screening Operational Strategy for all Ericsson HW Repair Services Providers & to drive strategy development within Repair Operations Function.
Overall responsible for the Global Repair & Screening Operations & Services Providers performance.
Repair Operations function covers the Hardware Repair, Screening & Upgrade related services with optimized cost and quality across all regions of Ericsson sourced telecommunication systems, in conjunction with all other Supply Chain functions, as an end-to-end supply chain, to fulfil Ericsson´s contractual obligations.
Responsible for overall quality management system within Repair Operations Function & ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system within all sites are established, implemented, maintained, and reviewed when necessary
To manage Repair/Screening Operations under BNEW SAN SAR in Cost Effective way
Collaborate with Supply HW Make Repair Operations Process within HW Make to establishing Systematic & Standard Process & Tools for Repair & Screening Operation
Continuously drive Competence Development, leverage the alignments from all BNEW SAN SAR RO internal Repair/Screening Operations & Benchmarking for continuous improvement within all sites & repair services provider.
Provide support to Repair Solution in Process & System Audit towards other Internal & External Repair or Screening Centers & Other Support Function when require.

To be successful in the role you have:
Extensive Line and Project Management experience
Extensive knowledge of Service Area Repair strategies and the associated portfolio.
Highly developed understanding of Service Area Repair Operations, processes, and financials
Contact network related to Hardware Services in Service Area Networks, Business Lines and the Ericsson Regions.
Customer focused, business oriented, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to see the big picture and apply standard methodology
Good presentation and communication skills, and capable of communicating on senior and executive management level
Proactive and decisive approach, with highly developed negotiation skills.
Experience in organisational change.
Fluent in English, oral and written. Mandarin, Malay & Dutch is a bonus.
