Head of ReportingThe Head of Group Reporting is responsible for the consolidated financial reports and ensuring a fair view of the group's financial status. This role includes ensuring timely statutory reporting for all companies within the group. Additionally, the Head of Group Reporting oversees the performance and development of accounting managers.
What you'll do

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting to our owners
Coordinate and complete the monthly closing process
Coordinate and complete the preparation of annual reports
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
Assist in meeting objectives set within the Accounting and Reporting team

What you should have
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including local GAAP and/or IFRS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance
Proven experience in accounting and leadership roles
Proficient in English at a professional level
