The position

Cheil is currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and is therefore on the hunt for a new Head of Retail. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where collaboration and a team-player mindset is key.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the head of the team with direct responsibility for 7 Project and Event Managers who will report to youTransforming our vision into reality and make decisions that drive continued growthDriving projects forward with the customer in focus by using profound insight into the market and your customers' business needsEstablishing a great collaborative team atmosphere and provide support on team projectsMaking use of operational facts and knowledge in order to develop the business, organize resources and optimize processesLeading your team with passion and integrity, and empowering good decision-making by providing a motivational environment. You must display strong people management skills, with clear communication and inspiring goalsWorking cross team with the Creative and Digital teams to proactively develop new & innovative ideas/strategies that will benefit the client businessPresenting new concepts for customers at client meetingsManaging budget, timelines and delivery managementDirecting and monitoring outside vendors work to ensure on-time delivery and production qualityManage project workload and assign responsibilities to employees based on level of skill & authorityObtain sign-offs and approval from appropriate reviewers at each step      

The ideal candidate

Has strong project management skills and a keen understanding of the retail development processThe ability to achieve results through collaborative team leadership, and love to work with peopleA strong interest in retail and understand customer expectationsThrives working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environmentHas strong analytical skills and a result-oriented mindsetWorks in a structured mannerIs fluent in English. Nordic languages and Korean are considered a plusKnows how to evaluate costs for various types of production job
