Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson is looking to recruit a Head of SA Digital Workspace who will be overall responsible for building up a strong team with leading expertise in transforming Group IT (GIT) to support the Ericsson digital transformation journey!
The focus is to become an agile and digital efficient organization and transform Ericsson’s Way of Work in order to build a great people experience and make it easier for everyone to focus on customers and deliver positive business results.
The role has 4-5 direct reports and 20-30 indirect reports managers and the organization in total about 300 people include highly proficient teams, consultants and partnership collaboration.
You will
The main responsibilities include:
Delivering robust employee experience using evergreen modern easy to use tools.
Ensure enhanced efficiency and collaboration experience across Digital Workspace.
Deploy device independent access and communication technologies enabling connectivity from everywhere.
Enable increased employee engagement using all available knowledge though a collaborative and social eco-system.
Augment insights by applying Assistants, AI, BOTS & multi interfaces (voice, image, text).
