Break new grounds within retail as Sitoo’s new Head of Sales. This is the chance for you to work with the mPOS system of the future. Together with your Sales Team, you will work with a razor sharp focus to take market shares all over the Nordics.

Your new position
We are looking for a qualified Head of Sales that thrives in a challenging and fast growing SaaS company. In this role, you will be responsible for our excellent Sales Team and to guide them to success. You will work closely with the CEO in order to target and close deals with Enterprise Retailers in the Nordics. With a focus on targeting the retail sector and to give Sitoo a front lead position within POS, you will work with both strategic and operational sales. You are based at our Headquarters in the heart of Stockholm but your role requires some traveling.
Other responsibilities include coaching and enabling other sales representatives, executing compelling software demonstrations, preparing RFI/RFP responses, delivering Proofs of Concept and building Business Value Propositions.
Who are you?
To thrive in the role as Head of Sales, you have several years of work experience of enterprise sales within the retail sector with proven results from successful sales and a broad network within retail. Good project management and planning skills are key components in this position as well as a customer centric mindset. You have deep knowledge of web services/API’s, system integrations and cloud services.
We think that you are outgoing, social, fearless and have the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed. You can negotiate at the highest level and have a good financial ability to assess the value of different business options. We believe you enjoy an autonomous way of working and that you continuously strive to improve your skills but most importantly - You love doing business!
Requirements
- Documented sales experience within retail
- Experience in technical sales management
- Experience of working with e-commerce or ERP systems within retail
- Excellent project management skills
Other Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Higher education within relevant business area
- Citizen of an EU country or have a current work permit for Sweden
Good to have & Merits
- Work experience within the mPOS business area
- Theoretical and practical knowledge within coaching the sales function
- Deep knowledge in web services/API’s and SaaS services
