SenionLab AB is one of Sweden’s hottest companies, member of the 33-listan and nominated to mobile innovation of the year at Mobil Galan. The Linköping based company is today one of the leading players in the extremely hyped Indoor Positioning Systems (IPS) and Location Based Services (LBS) market.

SenionLab is looking for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth of the company’s sales. Reporting to the CEO, the Sales and Marketing manager will be charged with the leadership of the sales department at SenionLab. This is a critical position that will help propel SenionLab into a major player within the Indoor Positioning industry. As one of the first hires, this individual is expected to emerge as a leader who will drive top line revenue growth for SenionLab.

Position deliverables:

- Alternate your every day work between sales strategy planning and customer relationships in the growing entrepreneurial environment you are part of.

- Develop and nurture strategic business relationships with existing and new end customers, system integrators and local representatives.

- Articulate SenionLab’s value proposition effectively to potential customer executives.

- Position SenionLab for strategic partnerships with key industry players within a year.

- Serve as SenionLab’s primary representative at industry events.

- Network with key industry movers and shakers to drive interest in SenionLab’s solution suite.

- Develop marketing strategy and drive marketing activities.

- Operate and develop the sales process and sales management in the company.

- Building and leading the sales organization. Scout for junior development talent and be responsible for hiring, mentoring junior?team members. ?

Specific knowledge and skills:

- 6+ years of sales experience with Solution Selling.

- Possess strong ICT industry network connections.

- Technically savvy with an excellent knowledge of cloud based solutions and mobile applications.

- Experience hiring and mentoring staff.

- Must possess executive presence and exude a “get it done” attitude.

- Excellent presentation skills. Comfortable presenting to senior executives.

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Bachelors or Master in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance. MBA preferred.
