About Niconovum

Your Profile
We believe that to succeed in this role, you have a relevant academic degree as well as a minimum of 8-10 years experience working in Brand Marketing. You have considerable knowledge of the basic marketing mix, including multi-channel trade marketing and social media, and are comfortable running market research studies from start to finish, as well as working with external agencies and syndicated data. P&L/budgeting experience is desired.

You believe in your team and their capabilities, and thrive on creating and reaching goals together. You prefer transparency and consensus, and letting your people do what they do best while you are always there to support them whenever the need arises.
