The opportunity
We’re looking to hire a Head of Sales and Business Development for the Nordic and Baltic region. This is a critical role on the commercial side of the business, driving existing and new business growth. You’re our ideal candidate if you have a strong history in sales and overachieving targets, have a very good understanding of technology and SaaS models, and have a solid understanding of international e-commerce payments and the global payments ecosystem.
The location for this position is flexible, although we’d prefer you to be in one of the Nordic or Baltic countries.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Manage the sales team by coaching and mentoring the sales managers and bid teams
Actively hunt for new leads and promote company products and services
Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers and propose our solutions
Become an expert in payments and actively drive thought leadership in this domain

Skills we can't do without
As our new Business Development Manager, you’re great to work with and can add value to our team. You enjoy sales and are always chasing the next deal!
You can show a track record of success in sales
You have substantial knowledge of payments and technology
Motivation and passion for building new business relationships
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
You are a master of communicating product value
Salesforce/CRM experience, strong excel knowledge
8+ years working in a business development role
2+years in managing senior sales team


Skills we'd like
It would be great if you have the following skills, too:
Specific Sales methodology training or qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA
