YOU WILL

In the role as The Head of Sales Nordics you are responsible for leading all sales activities within Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You will manage a growing sales team and be responsible for creating a sales strategy, budget as well as sales & marketing activities. You and your team will drive new business development and increasing Swisslog brand recognition in the market. You will also:

- Be responsible for developing innovative logistics solutions that influences Swisslog’s competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Visit customers.
- Support and coach your sales force to be the very best they can be.

Swisslog is a matrix organization and you will report to Vice President Sales and Accounts EMEA and be part of the Nordic management team with its HQ in Partille Sweden.

YOU ARE

We are looking for a high caliber leader for this position! We think that you are an excellent face to face communicator, who are convincing and persuasive. You hold the ability to establish effective working relationship, make decisions and set your own high standards. We believe you are business minded, results oriented and with a clear focus on delivering a high-quality service. We would also like you to have:

- Relevant technical and/or business Degree
- A good understanding of a complex technical sales process, from lead generation to sales management and closing.
- Experience from the industry that will be an advantage.
