Our Exciting Opportunity
Group Supply EMEA is responsible for fulfillment of all hardware and software deliveries to all customers through the 5 regions in EMEA. One important area for Supply is to develop and manage supply chain based on service level requirements and cost efficiency. We execute our responsibilities through a global organization.
We are now recruiting to the position of Head of Sales & Operational Execution at Group Supply MELA. In this position, you will support all 9 CU’s in MELA with operative demand management, you will report to the Head of MELA supply and be a member of Group Supply EMEA MELA leadership team.
Main responsibilities are:
MA level escalation management
Allocation/Prioritization management
Pre-GA governance. Early delivery product status, exemptions and delivery follow
Near term demand changes and drive updated supply plans
MELA Radio SPOC interface with Radio SCM
MELA MW/BDGS SPOC interface with MW SCM/BDGS
MELA Site Material SPOC interface with global site material management
Competence Profile
As a leader in Group Supply EMEA organization you are open, courageous and interested in people and business. You like challenges and want to develop in your daily work. You strive to expand your and your team’s knowledge. Broad knowledge about Customers, Products and Supply Chains is a key for success in this role, as well as good networking with other functional areas within Customer Units as well as Business Areas. You should have ability to collaborate with the Customer unites and secure demand fulfillment. You should be business minded and have a strong interest in demand process.
To be successful in the role you must have:
University degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or equivalent working experience
Broad experience in Supply related areas and established network within Ericsson Supply and the Regional operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
At least 5 years of experience in Line management, preferably from Supply or Services
Highly developed skills in leadership, networking, communication and teambuilding
