We are now looking for a Head of Sales operations for Service Area Managed Services (MS) IT & ADM. ICT is transforming the way billions of people work, play and communicate. Your main tasks and responsibilities:
• Sales funnel management for MS IT ADM
• Drive critical initiatives and programs (ex. BA collaborations and alignments, Strategic programs/initiatives, sales competence development, business readiness or other programs).
• Work with Customer Units inside Market Area on Managed Services IT ADM part of MA growth plans, tactical sales plans, and account plans for prioritized GCUs/CUs
• Drive post-sales, farming, cross-sell and contract renewals.
• MS-IT ADM contract inventory management
• Works with Key Accounts and GCU's on assuring the sales process and data is constantly met & up to date.
• Provide structured monthly reports and audits of sales funnel to assure the CU and GCU funnel is accurate and growing.
• Prepare for customer visits and meetings with BMAS and MS IT ADM executives.
• Drive implementation and compliance/adherence to sales process. Drive effective rollout of updates/changes in Sales process.
• Analyze gaps, weaknesses, and risks related to sales process, and initiate or implement plans to address them.
• Competitor analysis with a focus on commercial offerings.
Your skills and qualifications:
• Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
• 5+ years of IT Outsourcing experience in Telco and related industry,
• Knowledge of the sales process and customer and market insight.
• Proven track record of success, including ability to pivot and problem solve during a complex, enterprise sales process.
• Having thorough understanding of IT and ADM practices of competitors to bring an outside in perspective & be able to compare, contrast, help create winning strategy in competitive landscape.
• A hands-on person who has solid understanding of critical industry problems and who can quickly identify customers pain points
• Senior presence and experience meeting C-level.
You have experience of formulating strategies and concepts and you are adhering to principles and values. You have excellent social and communication skills applicable to the North American market. You are a great teammate with a high degree of accountability, creative and result oriented and able to prioritize. Furthermore, you have a consistent track record of leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
