Head of Sales at Droppa
We are a start-up software company within eCommerce, offering a reinvented returns and exchange automation process that delivers great customer experience and increased sales while decreasing costs and CO2 emissions. We are launching our service with our first customer in September 2021 and now is the perfect time to find our Head of Sales.
As Head of Sales at Droppa you will take full ownership of the sales process. This includes everything from identifying and attracting new customers to developing our sales process. In this role your counterparts are top management, primarily at companies within eCommerce. We are looking for a strategic high performer that will be part on our journey to become the number one company in our field. In this role you will report directly to Droppa’s CEO, Anton Bukowski.
The tasks
Take full ownership of developing and managing our sales processDrive our B2B-sales by upsell on existing customers as well as new customers within eCommerceIdentify prioritized customers and set up sales strategies based on business casesBuild strong and long-term relationships with internal and external key stakeholdersContribute to our product development process by evaluating our customer needsContribute to our pricing model and contract conditions based on customer insights
Qualifications
You are seriously passionate about B2B-sales, execution and building relationshipsHands on sales experience from a start/scale up or fast-growing SaaS companyUnderstanding of and/or experience from the eCommerce industry and its business driversYou have an academic educationStrong problem-solving skillsExpert in negotiationsEntrepreneurial and self-motivated
