Efficy/APSIS is a full-service CRM and Marketing Automation provider with a strong European presence. To strengthen their Swedish sales effort, we’re now looking for a Head of Sales to prospect the southern Swedish market and generate business across their entire portfolio. Efficy's Swedish sales organization is based in Stochkholm and Malmö, with a strong internal support network and a drive for joint success.
Work Description
Responsibilities and major tasks for this position:
- Lead, inspire and coach the Malmö Sales Team
- Grow revenue and number of customers, focusing on new logos, to meet or exceed expectations, for a wide range of customers
- Work with customer retention strategies
- Grow awareness of APSIS/Efficy solutions in the Swedish market
Requirements
A successful candidate needs to meet the following requirements:
- Proven positive track record in B2B software sales leadership
- Proactively manage and forecast the office revenue contribution
- Strong insight and interest in the digital landscape and the challenges & opportunities for marketing, communication and sales departments building stronger digital presence
- Strong communicator and presenter in the local Swedish language plus APSIS/Efficy corporate language; English
- Relevant education - enabling a solid understanding of business, sales & customer journey
