Head of sales to CySEC regulated financial firm

About the job:
A brand-new company with influential investors with Gaming, finance, Communications and Management background is now looking for a Head of sales to establish and run their operations in Malta. If you have strong experience from forex/CFD and financial certificates is this an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next step.

Placement: Naxxar, Malta (permanent office may be in another location)

How's a Head of sales workday?
This role will be divided between a strategic position where you will Identify requirements of business sectors and converting leads into wins and a hands-on account management position. You will be growing an extensive and profitable portfolio and leading tender campaigns, prospecting, meeting clients and delivering sales presentations.

You will also:
- Build solid relationships with a wide variety of clients including Retail, Professional and Institutional
- Retain, support, and make sure that existing clients are receiving high-quality service that would keep them active
- Maintain relationships with clients and affiliates/introducers through phone, email, and Live Person chat
- Regularly contact to maintain existing customer relationships
- Negotiate additional business sales outside of contractual agreements
- Upsell into current accounts

Who's our new Head of sales?
We believe that you have 2-5 years' experience in finance with a strong sales focus. You will need to have a solid understanding of FX markets and various instruments as well as strong communications skills. If you are a "do-er" and want to excel your sales career, is this the right option for you!
