Do you want to be part of a solid dynamic company and contribute to the continuous journey of DFDS Professionals in Sweden? We are looking for a new Head of Sales that will achieve growth and hitting sales targets to generate hit revenue forecasts and meet customer needs.

As part of the team developing our business for the future you will be responsible for sales plan and execute it to secure our expansion with a strong presence on the Swedish market. You are responsible for the customer tenders and stands behind the calculations and processes.

Main responsibilities:
- Generate new customer sales to achieve maximum profitability against sales targets.
- Identify and follow-up new leads and potential new business opportunities.
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible service.

You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the highest possible standard of service is given to the customers. You will be a part of our strategic managing team and you will lead an ambitious growth agenda and taking our business into the future. The position is in Gothenburg, Sweden, and you will report to Fredrik Karlström, VD / Managing Director.

Who are you?
To succeed and thrive as Head of Sales at DFDS Professionals, we believe that you should have several years of experience from doing successful business within staffing industry. You are committed to understand customer viewpoint and customer service and how to match this with our different solution and love to get people to understand this. You like to do long term business, are responsive to customer needs and are good at finding the best solution for all parties. We see as a requirement that you have a great track record in new customer sales and know the business within staffing in the logistics area.

We are looking for an innovative person with a strong and natural ability to build relationships with colleagues, cross-functional partners, and management. As a person, you like to have fun at work, build and do what it takes to succeed to generating solutions and ideas. You have good communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and ability to interact and influence at all levels. We also think that you have a passion for staffing and business development.
