YOU WILL

As Head of Sales you will be responsible for the overall B2B growth, vision and sales strategy for Nexer Tech Talent. You will closely follow the latest business developments in our market, identify trends and analyze our market fit, today and tomorrow.

Our customers represent some of the world’s largest and most demanding businesses within industries such as automotive, telecom, retail, life science, logistics, manufacturing and finance.

Your key contribution will be as a stakeholder for business development and your ambition is to add value to the organization and drive development both strategically and operatively, internationally and locally. Part of your responsibilities as Head of Sales will be managing business models and pricing, acting main stakeholder for the sales department as well as the voice of our current and future customers.

You will also educate and coach our different sales teams to achieve their best. Head of Sales will play a central role in our organization as the link between our customers and sales organization – with the ability to weigh business opportunities with complexity and cost.

You will report directly to the CEO and be a vital part of Nexer Tech Talents management group.

This position is located in Stockholm.

YOU ARE

Nexer Tech Talents offer are continuously developed based on available competence, new technology and customer requirements, improved upon based on past experience. This position requires a demonstrated ability to strategic and analytical thinking with capability to see the bigger picture.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record for being knowledgeable, customer and business driven with excellent skills in building trustworthy relationships. To succeed in this role you have to be structured and communicative with broad knowledge of market analysis, strategy and global project management in an international environment. You prioritize collaboration and believe in sharing our experiences to be able to optimize our strengths and reach the best result.

The ideal candidate has a progressive mindset and the urge to push the limits. We want a curious outside-the-box-thinker, with analytical problem-solving skills and high level of business acumen.

You have an existing network and a solid background from staffing and consulting industry. Maybe you have previous experience from taking a fast-growing company to the next level within sales and established a business in new markets?
