About this opportunity:
Service Area Networks works with providing the backbone to Ericsson business. We support our customer deliveries, support, repair, build as well as internal R&D capabilities providing a diverse portfolio of products, services and solutions. As such we work intensively in the units of SAN with information security, IT-security, cybersecurity, product security as well as helping to create and support people, processes and technologies being created or implemented to support us.

We are now looking for a Security Manager to improve market and employee trust in Ericsson’s security brand by recognizing emerging trends, risk, business needs and transforming into Security Strategy and solutions. You will drive and lead security strategy and execution, provide leadership and vision to the security organization.

Your role will be to challenge how things are done in order to create trust, business value and get results. Inspire the security organization to create business enabling solutions, methods and tools to support Ericsson’s business operations.
Provide leadership and courage in stressful situations such as crisis and or difficult investigations.

Vetting including references and relevant background screening will be conducted for final candidates.

What you will do:
•    Drive our security strategy and culture
•    Drive and support our implementation of the unit Security Tactical Plan for security
•    Support our sub-units with security related controls (e.g. ISO27k1, NIST, internal frameworks)
•    Support our work with implementing our Security Master's program, including creating/sourcing training material
•    Support with security risk management and assessments
•    Organize Service Area Networks security management board
•    Handle security incidents
•    Coordinate with BNEW security teams
•    Define security improvements plans.
•    Support SAN portfolio in their service delivery strategy
•    Coordinate Privacy, IT services and R&D activities
•    Lead a small team of security SMEs

The skills you bring:
•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position within security field
•    Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Privacy, Risk Management, Information-, Personnel-, Physical security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management
•    Knowledge of Ericsson Security standards SRM, EGMS, NIST SSDF
•    Business Understanding
•    Change and Improvement Management Skills
•    Risk Management Skills
•    Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
•    Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
•    Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
