About this opportunity
Head of Security Incident Management leads a team of security subject matter experts, to manage Ericsson Global Security Incidents Management Process, both operationally and strategically, and identify and implement recommendations for improvements.

What you will
Plan, prepare, lead, manage and continuously develop and drive the Global Security Incidents Management Process and response according to the standards needed to meet internal and external requirements on the security incident process.
Provide input to security strategy development and target settings.
Act as Global Security Incident Manager in cross functional security incidents.
Identify KPIs, quality measurements and performance measurements, strategy execution OKRs.
Consolidate reporting on performance.
Maintain overview and manage Security Incident Management processes, procedures, steering documents.
Drive improvements to Security Incident Management processes, procedures, steering documents to secure simplification and optimization of resources.
Support in prioritization and resource management in the unit and sub-units.
Drive Risk Management within Security Incident Management and acting as risk manager for the unit.
Drive and develop Knowledge management and competence development in Security Incident Management.
Budget plan, execute and report.
Perform analysis for all security incidents to identify risks and learnings from security incidents and provide them to process owners for relevant improvements.
Collect and address RCAs for severe and major incidents in collaboration with SPM VT.
Collect and address Lessons Learned for severe and major incidents, identifying improvements at global level.
Collaborate with all security incident response teams and Group Privacy ensuring proper alignment of processes.


You will bring
High integrity and professional ethics
Good knowledge of EGMS, EBP, ISO27001/2, NIST CFR
Good knowledge of global security reporting requirements (NIS2, DORA, GDPR, SEC)
Experience in working with global process, steering documents at group and at local level
Have a structured attitude - innovative
Good presentation and report writing skills
Business understanding, persistent and analytical
Excellent English skills, verbal and written; other language skills are meriting
Collaborative and able to work with global networks even under stressful situations
Experience in presenting to Leadership Teams and higher management
Experience in driving improvement projects according to Ericsson Change Engine
Bachelor’s degree or higher or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in related business area
Experience leading and performing high risk and business critical cross functional Security Incidents
Experience leading teams under pressure, time constraints and high stress environment

Primary location for this role: Stockholm, Sweden.
