Sensitive Business is a unique function within Ericsson, responsible for ensuring that the customer accounts conduct sensitive sales. Our task is to own the engagements with sales and OEM partners in order to protect Ericsson’s brand and respects Human Rights, following Ericsson’s Code of Business Ethics.
The Sensitive Business function hooks into Ericsson’s business process and instrumentally evaluates Sensitive Business engagement risks and decides what mitigations are required to pursue each engagement during pre-contract phases. Sensitive Business combines a global oversight with speedy, high-quality decisions, directly affecting individual business engagements.
Our Sensitive Business function has started the transformation to form a center of excellence and it is in the process to delegate individual business engagement decisions to the engagement owners through automation and tools support.
In this role you will:
Lead and develop the dedicated Sensitive Business Team Maintain the Sensitive Business Group Policy and Group Directive
Maintain and develop the cooperation with the heads and operational levels of the Business and Market Areas as well as the Group functions, supporting business success while keeping the Sensitive Business-related risk on a controlled level.
Maintain and develop the decision automation and tools support
Transform the Sensitive Business function into a center of excellence
Participate in and drive the external partner perspective
Prepare meetings and engage on the Sensitive Business Board
Develop the knowledge of Sensitive Business throughout the Ericsson group
Engage with external partners
To be successful in the role you must have:
Exceptionally strong and inspirational leadership capabilities to effectively lead both the Sensitive Business team and its partners
Outstanding capability to collaborate optimally across organizations, on all levels, with clarity and inclusion of different perspectives
Very strong strategic and tactic capabilities
Excellent networking capability
Strong capability to assess business and reputational implications with the capability to provide options across technical and business dimensions
Very good understanding from multiple industry sectors
Profound understanding of the global Telecom/ICT industry
10+ years of relevant work experience
The ability to take business engagement decisions, potentially affecting both sales and reputational risk and work with highly confidential matters
