Our Exciting Opportunity
The Business Managed Services unit (BMAS) provides operations services, working with products from both Networks and Digital Services as well as multivendor services in both optimization and Managed Services. Our four offering areas: Network Management Services; Enterprise Services; Cloud & IT Services; Network Design & Optimization.

We are now looking for a Forward-thinking and business savvy Global Head of Service Area MS Networks who will enable development, growth, profitability and execution of SA MS Networks

You will
Ensure a continuous magnificent delivery machine, operational efficiencies & simplification and delivery model transformation
Work with portfolio development, tools development, overall service delivery, sales/post-sales regional support and competence readiness
Define and execute strategic competence development to support the business strategy
Define and implement the global OH&S standard for Field Maintenance


To be successful in the role you must have
Proven discernment through solid business insight and competitor understanding
Outstanding interpersonal skills , ability to optimal communicate, engage, inspire and influence people
Consultative selling skills and a solid personal track record & experience of sales & C-level engagement
Ability to create positive relationships with internal key partners as well as with key customers
Results focused comfortable in questioning the status-quo to boost business profitability and drive maximized service delivery efficiency
A standout colleague, flexible and able to handle complexity and ambiguity with true ability to inspire change
A hardworking leader, capable of operating and adapting in a continuously evolving environment of new and fast paced technologies and trend shifts
Master strategy, advocating Innovation, Discernment, Customer Excellence and Excelling Execution
Solid +10 years of experience in the Networks services business & Telecom Network Industry
Extensive technical background
Tools & Service delivery management and technology experience (5+ years)
Knowledge and experience from leading a complex global service delivery organization
