Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Head of Service Automation to drive SA Communication Services automation journey. In this role you will drive and align on the automation strategy with Solution Line and also be responsible for the competence build and readiness in SDU to leverage the automation capability. As a driver you will also work with the Industrialization and Automation counterparts in the MAs to ensure we drive adoption of the assets that are built and collaborate on enhancing our capability. You will also be the Solution Area driver in the DGS Next Industrialization workstream and co-driver with SL of the SWDP workstream. Looking forward to meeting you.
Job Responsibilities:
Define the target automation low-hanging fruits and coordinate with the PDU & SL to ensure appropriate prioritization
Develop and execute on the test automation strategy to achieve an 85-90% test coverage
Act as the lead coordinator for the DGS Next tracks that affect our service capability
Drive MA feedback loops and adoption discussion to ensure clear understanding of our capability including requirement management
Coordinate the automation asset development in the SDU in collaboration with SL & PDU
Track Asset utilization in the MAs and maintain business case for the various initiatives
Maintain the overall asset database for the SA in collaboration with the SDU
Develop and own the overall asset adoption strategy for both the SDU & the MA
Report service delivery KPIs on quarterly basis - monitor the usage of assets and tools
Additional Requirements:
Lead and support Service Delivery
Maintain delivery models, frameworks, job roles, assessments, and strategies
Lead sponsors on all levels within Global Service Delivery
Deploy and implement Service Delivery Strategy
Provide training and drive knowledge transfer
Key Qualifications:
You possess 8-10 years of Service Delivery experience.
Prior Knowledge of Sales Processes
