You will as Head of Service Empowerment be leading our Digital User Experience, My Scania Framework and Sales Enablement. 
Some of your daily work will include: •    Work close to customer to understand their needs, drive innovation at the same time as the daily operation with uptime of 24/7.
•    Drive transformation through Vision, Mission and Strategy for the area.
•    Continuously empower, engage and develop your management team. Coach and lead your section consisting of four groups focusing on User Experience and Design, My Scania platforms, Mobile Application Development and Sales Enablement.
•    Work in the management team for Customer Digitalization within Scania.
•    Work cross-functional in the Scania Organisation to drive your area forward!
•    Drive Digital User Experience and Digital transformation in the Scania organization.

Your profile
You have a background and solid knowledge in Digitalization focusing on End Customer. You love User Experience and design and want to deliver the best tools on the market. You understand the technologies that are in use and can guide and inspire your team. You have a good knowledge in web technology, Mobile Application Development and understands how Digital Services can be integrated to generate Sales.  You strive to improve your way of leading yourself and others. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. You are a good coach for people and understand how to lead through others by building the right culture. 
You have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for. You setup teams with diversity to maximize their value. You have a strong Drive in your personality and wants to make a change!
