As our new Head of Service Fulfilment, you will drive and be accountable for all aspects of MFS Service Delivery, including Deployment, Operations and Application Development Maintenance, with a focus on setting and implementing the strategic direction and delivering result. You will lead a fast-paced organization of highly skilled people spanning multiple countries delivering solutions that makes a difference!

To create impact as our Head of Service Fulfilment you will:
Effectively lead and develop the global Ericsson MFS Service Delivery organization
Be a key member of the MFS global Leadership Team, and help develop and complete MFS overall strategies and plans
Establish and build a significant part of the end-to-end SW Software Delivery Pipeline, creating new value for our Customers
Represent MFS towards Customers and Partners; securing Customer satisfaction and handle Customer escalations
Mobilize key stakeholder groups to drive execution with the ability to balance fast paced decisions and execution with collaboration and alignment

Outstanding relationship building and communication as well as coaching and mentoring skills, having built, developed and inspired impactful teams
How to deliver project roll outs and securing consequent Ready For Service (RFS) and Final Acceptance (FAC) landmarks
Broad experience in the FinTech or Mobile Financial Service domain from a technical, Customer and market knowledge perspective
Solid business understanding and knowledge of Mobile or FinTech Operator realities, with strong financial competence and analytical skills and proven track-record of delivering projects
Excellent skills in building and maintaining Customer relationships and handling escalation management, with negotiating as a core skill
Proven record of creating strategies to industrialize solutions and products as customer solutions and needs evolve
