Job Description
As Head of Service Management, you are responsible for Lab Operations-Strategic Direction, Service Portfolio and its life cycle management, program and project office, as well as operational performance and Stakeholder management. You will be collaborating with the SAN SAL Head of Lab Operations and are a member of Lab Operations Leadership Team.
You will interact closely with all Lab Operations LT members as Service management is carried out across the Lab Operations organization. In the leadership team, in which we among other things strongly believes that better result can be reached through diversity of all kinds, we value behavioral qualities such as cooperation, transparency, engagement, and value orientation on top of living Ericsson Values and Principles

As a team member, you will be the focal point in the LT for our service portfolio, stakeholder feedback as well as partner requirements. You will be the inspiring leader of future technologies to be implemented in the labs, as well as driver and prime owner of the transformation towards a digitalized service delivery across all our labs. You will interact closely with all other LT members as strategies and service delivery is carried out across the whole Lab Operations organization.
Responsibilities & Tasks
The Head of Service Management will have the following responsibilities across Lab Operations:
Owner of the Lab Operations service portfolio
Owner of the stakeholder interfaces regarding both requirements and service performance
Tools & processes defining our service delivery framework
Service Portfolio alignment and lab categorization
Service Strategy , roadmaps and Service Level Agreements
Initiation and management of strategic programs and projects
Problem & Organizational change coordination
Sustainability and energy efficiency
Line Management
Experience of leading a global unit in a large organization is required. You are an agile, dynamic and result focused leader who empower others to achieve their objectives. A demonstrated ability of thought leadership is also required. As a leader in our organization we expect you to be collaborative, transparent, user oriented and drive our business towards success.
You will collaborate with the Head of Lab Operations.
Competence
Several years of experience of working in an international operation as leader.
Experience from portfolio management or related methodologies, techniques and tools.
Solid experience & excellent skills in international cross Regional & Country teamwork
Experience of working in an ITIL structured organization
Experience from working within a service organization
Good knowledge in Ericsson R&D products and ways-of-working
Strong in technical implementation and general operation of data centers
Knowledge in IT products, solutions and Network architecture
Superb Communication & Presentation skills
Excellent English language skills
Experience in lean & agile ways of working and its implementation in large organizations
Experience and Behaviour Requirements
Strong people leadership skills
Proven track record of being a great teammate, building strong and highly empowered teams with ability to encourage others
Experience from true global organization establishment and transformation drive
Experience of leading a regional or global organization with direct reports in many different countries
Proven track record of achieving organizational results in ambitious environment
Experience from interacting with stakeholders in an international environment
Clear demonstration of thought leadership
