What you will be a part of
Sevice Management is responsible for running, reporting and monitoring of the IS/IT operation at Saab globally. This involves data for example centre management, application management and the operation of secret environments etc. It is vital for Saab that we have a stable and efficient IS/IT environment to secure further growth and globalisation.
 Head of Service Management Support Office (SMSO) is a new position within Service Management organisation and has been created to support and drive how the Service Management organization shall work together. You will be a part of the management group and report to the Head of Service Management.



Your role
The people who work within your unit are all working in areas that are vital for both stable operations and continue development of our operation. Some work as customer focus points and Key accounts for Saabs different business units. Others are responsible for our Global Service Management System and our operational processes. SMSO are also responsible for areas like information, operational excellence, pricing and invoicing, administration etc. In SMSO, a vide area of expertise is gathered, which demands a manager that can support and lead through performance management and by setting goals.
 As the Head of SMSO, you will be responsible for change management and securing that Saabs IS/IT operations continue to evolve and support Saabs business units by adapting to changing needs.

Your skills and experience
We believe that you have worked with change management within the IT area in order to succeed, preferably in a global organization. You are performance oriented and service minded. Personal strengths like planning and structure is also needed. As change is something that everyone likes but not necessary to be a part of, you need god communicational skills as well as a portion of diplomatic approach. English is the company language but Swedish is often used at the office. 
This position will put you at the centre of Saabs operations and give you a good network throughout Saab globally. Expertise is one of Saabs values and personal development is something we work with through our performance management process.
