We are looking for a new colleague in the role as Head of Services Customer Delivery North Local Grid. You will get a challenging and exciting role and your focus will be to improve our customers satisfaction and inspire our employees!
As Head of Services Customer Delivery North Local Grid, you are responsible for delivering customer-initiated investments in our northern regions, reaching from Nässjö in the south to Sollefteå in the north. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and an efficient and business-minded handling of all projects and services, also ensuring profitability and security of supply. The role also includes managing our contractor relations.
You will be a part of the management team for the department Connection and Services Local Grid, and in that role you will actively contribute to develop the department with focus on customer satisfaction and efficient performance. You will have five managers reporting to you, each responsible for a geographic area. Areas of responsibilities are:
* Health and safety
* Delivery of customer-initiated connection and other matters
* Planning and ordering of projects for customer delivery
* Ordering of reparations and minor reinvestments
* Customer focus, specifically improving customer satisfaction through delivery on time and stable information flow
* Continuously improving operational performance within the area of responsibility
* Managing framework agreement and relations with suppliers and contractors
* Ensuring adequate organization, personnel and competence

You will report to Katarina Jarring who is honest, driven and business-minded with a big customer focus. She believes that success is created by teams that enjoy working together, appreciate diversity and have common visions. Her expectation is that you will take full responsibility for your business areas, bring ideas on how to develop the department and that you work proactive to drive change.


We think your passion is people and that you are an inspiring leader who empowers your team to develop the business and deliver great results. To support your team and drive change you have a qualified background with a master’s in engineering and extensive experience in the energy sector. You have a high interest and good understanding of the nature of the energy system, a well-developed business acumen, experience of complex negotiations and the ability to handle both strategic and operational challenges. You are experienced in delivering on customer needs, finance control and continuous process improvement.
