Tech-savvy social media-expert wanted.
As the Head of Social & Community here at Fractal’s Marketing department, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations, building and developing the conversational and social strategies while growing the Fractal-community in whole via creative campaigns. Can you leverage, engage and grow our audiences – while making sure we hit outlined targets and other objectives?

Being Head of Social & Community means shouldering a wide range of responsibilities, and you’re going to need some serious multi-tasking skills to stay on top of everything.
These are some of the most important areas you will probably need to focus on initially.
Identifying, growing and evaluating new and existing global consumer channels
Daily leadership and hands-on platform management/publishing
Defining, developing and executing our global social/community channel strategies with the intent of creating new Fractal-ambassadors
Building consumer trust over time through active listening and engaging one-on-one
Delivering consumer insights and behavior reports including topics analysis and execution of user feedback panels, enabling deep understanding on current consumer conversations and needs
Making sure that consumer relatable campaigns are being produced and published according to both planned content schedules and ad-hoc opportunities
Execution of global and regional fan acquisition-campaigns to accelerate and drive community growth
Promoting partnerships and co-lab campaigns both in- and outside of the industry via influencers together with the Media-team
Making sure that you and your team hits outlined KPIs and targets with customer engagement and commercial business benefits in mind
Developing creative go-to-market plans for upcoming product launches for both owned and other channels
Ensure that communication is on brand in all consumer touch points and channels
Naturally you will need to keep very current and pro-active in terms of trends, locking on to coming industry shifts and help find ways of adapting to them. You will also be pitching, requesting and driving social and media campaigns, both short and long term together with your fellow department heads.
Who do we think you are?
Apart from being the quintessential social media-guru, you probably have a relevant experience of at least five years within SoMe operations (and/or campaign management).
Your English is excellent and you feel comfortable being very active the daily work. You’re a fast learner, know how to prioritize and can keep track of the details while not losing sight of the big picture. Knowledge or experience from our industry and consumers is a plus.
