In this rapidly evolving environment, there is an ever greater need for a specialized team that can boost numerous projects where software Tools and applications are key enablers of our development flow. We are now looking for a manager that can take on the task to build on our current expertise and take the group to the next level.
Together with different organizations in the Traton group the software Tools and Infra team will develop and explore new SW development applications and solutions. Within this team, we have experienced quality and delivery-driven developers.

Your role as a group manager
• As group manager, you will build and lead the group´s agile teams- covering numerous development areas.
• You and your group will be responsible for developing software applications that support our embedded architectural solutions for new project opportunities within Scania and TRATON.
• You will coach the employees in the daily operations and also contribute with a strategic perspective.
• You will build an extensive network in the embedded field in general and Scania specifically, generating win-win situations together with our customers and partners in the Traton group.
• As group manager for this team, you will be part of the section’s management team where we believe in a collaborative and supportive environment and put pride in succeeding together.
Your profile
You have technical knowledge from software development and a relevant university degree or equivalent. You also have experience in leadership positions/roles and agile methodologies.
You embrace change, value team spirit and enjoy inspiring the highly skilled software developers under your leadership.
