Head of Solution Integration QA

You will be leading a team of QA specialists responsible for the quality and customer experience for multi-product deliveries. You will be a thought-leader, and will help Nasdaq shape quality strategy and practices. You will leverage the best possible tools and processes to ensure quality for our customers around the globe.
Your role and responsibilities
You will lead a small team of QA experts focused on the integration of Nasdaq Marketplace Technology applications, spanning the full spectrum of financial market domains. From Trading, Market Risk, Clearing, Settlement through to reporting and other downstream functions. This role comes with incredible growth potential and high visibility to the Nasdaq senior management team.
You will own the portfolio of work for the Client Integration QA team. This spans all activities from QA Strategy definition, through to oversight, planning, preparation, execution and management reporting for all such activities.
You will be an enabler for agile ways of working, and will be expected to explore the latest software development and QA tools and trends to increase effectiveness and efficiency within your team including but not limited to Automation and AI.
You will ensure the QA specialists in your team participate in different projects as part of cross functional project teams, have the appropriate competence and continuously develop their skills. You will cultivate a compassionate and high performing culture.
You will work very closely with the other customer delivery teams (System Architects, Development teams, and BAs) and partner with Project Managers to make sure that the teams work together in an optimal way.
You will also continue to expand the team for this high growth area and therefore recruitment and onboarding new employees will be a big part of your role.

Have vast experience working in the QA domain, especially with Integration and Automated testing.
Be fluent in English.
It would be great if you
Have experience working in the financial industry - particularly in the Trading, Clearing or Market Risk & Pricing domains.
Have experience working with key financial messaging standards e.g. FIX, FIXML, SWIFT, FPML, ISO 20022 etc.
Have experience working with SaaS products.
Have experience working with products that are regulated.
Have experience working with QA in a CI/CD setup.
You will report to the Head of the Client Solutions Group and have both internal and external stakeholders including large financial market operators around the globe. Since you will work together with teams in other locations some travelling will be required.
