Ericsson’s business environment is changing and so are the supplier landscapes and the way we purchase products, services and solutions.
Now we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Professional that will help Ericsson on our journey while we change our sourcing organization. Our aim is to become the best and the most competitive company in the ICT Industry! Sound appealing to you?
This part of organization will drive efficiency and quality in the strategic sourcing process as well as execution of its digital roadmap!
You will report to Head of Source to Agreement and Operations and be part of the unit leadership team. You will manage a unit consisting of process managers and tool and system owners passionate about simplifying the sourcing process and tool ecosystem while maintaining effectiveness and compliance.
You will
• Establish the strategic sourcing roadmap in collaboration with categories and Market Areas to ensure successful execution of the sourcing process
• Develop all strategic sourcing components; source to agreement, supplier- and category management and ownership of strategic sourcing tool landscape
• Drive improvements of strategic sourcing process
• Manage simplification, standardization, automation and compliance
• Own and develop the sourcing methods toolbox structure (chessboard, bid calendar etc.) as well as sourcing master data
• Ensure compliance control including SOX, Security, and Access rights are incorporated into the process and tools
• Define KPI's while monitoring capabilities for process and tool adherence
To be successful in the role you must have
• A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience or equivalent (ideally including implementation of an eSourcing suite)
• Sourcing practice, process and strategy knowledge
• Experience in leading diverse teams globally
• Ability to influence internal and external partners and drive objective decision making
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
