We recruit the next leader of the Ericsson’s SOX team!
Group Function Finance recruits a Head of SOX.
Your mission is to lead our journey towards a modernized Internal Control over Financial Reporting / SOX.
You will:
lead a team of Professionals,
enable the SOX Framework maintenance and evolution,
coordinate and support the SOX Audit by our Group Auditor,
secure SOX reporting to management.
report to the Head of Internal Control.
To be successful in the role you must have
Strong integrity
MBA equivalent
Solid Experience in Internal Control over Financial Reporting / SOX in both audit firm and industry
Minimum 5-10 years of leadership experience in global organizations
Ability to lead with high energy and moving at a fast pace
Solid experience of managing a team of specialists
Strong track record of interacting with and through multiple organizations
Problem-solving, result-orientation and decision-making skills
Balance of strong influencing and listening skills paired with management skills
Proficient in English, both Spoken & written
