Your new role
We are looking for you! Join us as our new Head of Strategy & Business Development at BSH Home Appliances AB. In your new role, you will play a crucial part in driving our organization's growth and success. Collaborating with all business functions across our Northern Europe organization, you and your team are responsible for:
• Strategy: developing and implementing the organization's strategic plans, identifying growth and improvement opportunities and setting clear objectives and goals.
• Project and process management: providing professional PMO support, driving transformation projects and continuously improving day-to-day business operations.
• Sales Systems: implementing and evolving digital sales systems, incl. process digitalization.
This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in strategic management, project management and business excellence, acting as a sought-after advisor and collaboration partner to our senior management team to move our organization into the future.
Your profile
• Experience: >7 years of experience in leadership or management consulting positions, with proven track record in strategy development, business improvement, and project management.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, solve complex problems, and foster continuous improvement.
• Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead and inspire senior teams, providing coaching and guidance both to your team and to your peers in the senior management team.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivering impactful presentations. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and hierarchy levels.
• Cultural Fit: Experience working in international environments, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness, especially for Nordic cultures.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in home appliances industry, consumer electronics, retail or related fields, demonstrating understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends. Ideally background in top management consulting.
• Education: University master's degree in business administration and management, preferably with a postgraduate degree in general management.
• Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in a Nordic language and / or German is a plus.
