About this opportunity
Head of Strategy and Business Operations Job summary: We are now looking for a Head of Strategy and Business Operations to help shape the future of SA CNS. This role will report to the Head of SA CNS and be a member of the SA Leadership Team. The role will be based in Kista, Sweden.
What you will do
Strategy development: Drive SA CNS strategy development and execution end-to-end across all Solution and Service lines, functions and MAs. Bring outside in knowledge on market drivers, competition insight & intelligence, benchmark & best practices from other companies in order to shape CNS strategy
Strategic projects: Define, lead and steer key cross-functional projects end-to-end from scoping and hypothesis definition to recommendation and decision in order to enable strategy execution and improved business performance
Business Operations: Drive and follow-up SA CNS budget/frame allocation within SA in collaboration with SA business control. Lead definition of SA wide KPIs, OKRs and facilitate follow-up. Drive SA Workforce planning and follow-up frame allocation. Drive strategic cross functional cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives
Other: Drive preparation and facilitate discussion in key forums including SA Business Reviews, MA business reviews, SA LTs, SA extended LTs, etc. Manage potential M&A initiatives
Continuously evolve a high-performing team with diverse talent
You will bring
MSc in Engineering/Industrial engineering and Management, MBA or equivalent
Strong understanding of SA CNS portfolio, network operations and optimization market including market drivers, trends and competitive landscape across software and services
A strong business and financial understanding with ability to manage ambiguity and fast track problem-solving applying a hypothesis driven approach grounded in SA business reality
Strong track-record from leading and steering multiple cross-functional projects, analysis and transformation in parallel, in a multi-stakeholder environment towards BA LT / SA LT
Demonstrated ability to drive work and lead teams across a global matrix organization
Proven stakeholder management, storytelling, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions and motivate change across all levels in the company
Challenger mentality with a relentless focus on execution and results that excels in a high paced and changing environment
Solid leadership track record with experience from developing high-performance project based teams in Strategy area
