As Head of Sweden here at ComeOn Group, you will be the back-bone of our Swedish market, brands & activities! Your main responsibility is to lead the existing team of Brand and Country Managers as well as setting the road map of delivering product and marketing development to ensure growth for our Swedish brands.
ComeOn Group is one of the biggest media buyers in Sweden which means you need both strong marketing skills and an analytical brain (you dream about ROI!). As we grow and expand more brands may be launched which would also fall under your responsibility. It is up to you and your team to make sure they reach their full potential!
You will lead the team for the Swedish market - responsibilities range from recruitment of new team members, management of goals and objectives, performance review process and coaching CMs and BMs. Although these are Swedish brands the teams are based in both our Stockholm and London offices.
What will you get up to day to day?
PnL responsibilities, budgets/reporting
Profitability in terms of CPA/ARPU
Opportunities/business initiatives for the local market
Handling media agency & media agreements
Monitoring and optimising the overall business
Product development required for the local market
Developing and guiding Brand Managers
Cross learnings between brands
Working closely with CRM/VIP to ensure local rules & strategies are in place
Market, competitors and campaign analysis and reporting to Management
Be a part of industry meetings, branch organisations



Requirements
What are we looking for?
Experienced / Senior iGaming expert with at least 5 years as a senior marketer
You are a native Swedish and live in Stockholm
Strong organisational skills and excellent time management as this role is very broad and requires balancing several projects and areas at the same time
iGaming industry experience is a necessity
Good analytical skills
Able to use good judgment based on a sound understanding of metrics and data
Show adaptability and handle changes in priorities
Bring creative and innovative ways of thinking
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple teams
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to tailor dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences
